Eb major chord is best played by moving the hand further into the keyboard. That way the fingers will fall more naturally over the required black keys of Eb (on finger 1 - the thumb) and Bb (on finger 5 - the "little" finger). Be sure to use the middle finger to cover the white key G in this chord.
TOP TIP: Remember to curve the fingers very slightly when playing the keys. Avoid "flat" fingers as these will slow your technique down and can lead to less sensitive dynamics (loud and softness in the music). Sometimes it is helpful to imagine that you are holding an apple in your hand - this will ensure that all the fingers stay curved.
